Kate Capshaw

Her part in the role of Willie Scott (an American nightclub performer and singer) in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), that was directed by her husband Steven Spielberg, is her most famous role. She was in Dreamscape (1984), Power(1986), SpaceCamp(1986), Black Rain (1989), Love Affair (94), Just Cause (1995) and The Love Letter (1999). The portraiture work of Capshaw was displayed at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery Capshaw was the child of Beverley Sue (nee Simon), who is a beauty consultant and travel agent as well as Edwin Leon Nail (an airline employee of the airline). When she was of five, she relocated to St. Louis and graduated from Hazelwood Senior High School. Capshaw earned a degree from the University of Missouri in education. She was also a part of Alpha Delta Pi. She taught special education at Southern Boone High School, Ashland, Missouri, as in Rock Bridge High School, Columbia, Missouri.
