Along with touring continuously and recording many Top Ten singles, releasing two multi-Platinum album, appearing as a teacher on numerous singing shows, and writing or co-writing most of her songs She has also received several awards that are impressive. She was awarded 4 American Music Awards as well thirteen Billboard Music Awards. Two Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards and two Grammy Awards. Her nominations and awards for major music awards have totaled the number of 98.
