Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington resides in the United States and is a writer from Greece, a syndicated writer of columns and businesswoman. Elli has two siblings, Konstantinos Stasinopoulos and Elli, who are both journalists and consultants in management. Though she shared a close connection to her mother and father, it was their bond which shaped her. She showed leadership traits from the beginning. When she was in her 16th year she travelled to England for a degree and attended Girton College Cambridge. She enrolled in the Cambridge Union college debate society throughout her college years in which she became the first woman to be elected the president. She graduated in 1972 with an advanced degree in Economics. She worked as a critic as well as a host on TV as well as a columnist following her graduation.
